Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. was founded in 1994 by Robert J. Walsh and Kenneth S. Friedman. Their original offices were located at 228 South Fourth Street, Las Vegas, Nevada. In 1997, Mr. Walsh and Mr. Friedman purchased the "Old Lawyers Title Building" located at 333 South Third Street, Las Vegas, Nevada and remained there until the Clark County Government purchased the property from them in order to build what is now known as the "Neighborhood Justice Center".

The firm then moved their practice into a leased space located at 720 South Fourth Street pending the purchase of their current building and the adjacent lot located at 400 South Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada which is where Walsh and Friedman, Ltd. presently operate their law office.

Since 1994, Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. has also operated a satellite office in the Chicago, Illinois area. This office is located at 5225 West Touhy Avenue, Suite #212, Skokie, Illinois 60077.

Over the years, Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. has enjoyed a high level of success although they have intentionally limited their advertising. Specifically, Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. does not believe in television advertising as they almost exclusively rely on referrals and "word of mouth" from previous clients at Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. They believe that it is absolutely imperative that their firm provide exceptional customer service with excellent results to their clients in order to ensure referrals from their clients' family and friends. By operating on a referral concept, Walsh & Friedman, Ltd. is able to control their overhead expenses, thereby passing the savings on to their clients.
